Shifting Culture through Leadership Agility

Leadership in an Agile environment is different. It takes a different approach to managing people and organizational change in order to put the organization in a situation where it can be successful. It requires greater and greater self-awareness, forward thinking vision, and understanding of the organizational system and leaders who can engage and empower the organization to make the shift to become a more Agile organization. In this session we will discuss the cultural shift toward Agility, and how Leadership Agility can enable the organizational environment where people can collaborate and experiment together toward continuous Agility. Join us to discuss culture, leadership, and how to get started on your Agile leadership journey.
