"Diverse Journeys to the Same Truth" with Jack Maher

We are all pilgrims on a common journey with many shared paths on our way to improving our capabilities and helping our organizations create and deliver value.

For the past 75 years we've worked in silos, becoming competent in our craft. We're reaching a common plateau, as marketers, analysts, developers and engineers all begin to realize a level of competency that lets us look around to see what is happening in other domains.  What we're finding is that we're reaching common conclusions, including the power and value of team over individual, value and values over promises, and the cumulative incremental improvement over a "Big Bang" approach.

Let's consider how far we've come, where we have common ground, and look to how we can leverage our common path to accelerate our shared future together with our collective and concerted approach to creating and delivering value through our organizations.

Unleash Your Organizational Superpowers With Liberating Structures with Ryan Ripley and Todd Miller

Unleash innovation with the simple rules of Liberating Structures. Using a subset of these 33 micro-structures, you'll learn how to enable groups of any size to work at the top of their intelligence. Liberating Structures offer a revolutionary solution to collaboration in groups by using a handful of simple rules to unleash and involve everyone. Learning to use Liberating Structures is like learning a new language. We will start with the basics - "1-2-4-all". Then we'll put them together into simple structures using "Appreciative Interviews". Finally, we'll move to advanced structures like the "Triz". By the end of the workshop, you'll be ready to unleash the collective intelligence of your agile team's and your organization.
