Attention! The First Annual Cincy State of Agile Survey is Here!

Would you like to know how your company’s Agile adoption and practices compare to others in the greater metro Cincinnati area?
 
I know we would, and now is your chance!  AgileCincy is ready to measure the State of Agile here in the Cincinnati metro area so we can all see how our organizations stack up in this region and so AgileCincy as a whole can compare and contrast our region to the rest of the world.
 
But we can’t do this alone.
 
As you know, AgileCincy is run by volunteers. So the good folks at MAX Technical Training have offered to assist us in the gathering and reporting of this survey data.  As a survey recipient you will receive the survey results by email and automatically be entered to win a $100 gift card, courtesy of MAX and you agree to receive communications from MAX and AgileCincy. Agile Cincinnati Pays Tribute to Jim Weirich

On Tuesday, February 25 at the Hofbrauhaus in Newport, KY, Agile Cincinnati will celebrate the life and legacy of Jim Weirich (1956-2014) who passed away last week.  For those who did not know Jim, he was a thought leader on many fronts, both in the Agile and Ruby communities, who spoke, wrote, and coded prolifically.  If you've used Rake for Ruby, you can thank Jim. For those of us who did know him, we will miss a man who was never a stranger, larger than life in his accomplishments, but humble in his nature. Rest in peace Jim!

This is a special event, not our normal monthly meeting.  If you plan to attend, please register through eventbrite so we have an idea of how many will attend.  This event is not sponsored and attendees are responsible for their own food and beverages.
